Registration and Ticketing:

  1. Ticket prices for the BITPA Conference 2023 is “950 BDT”. Event Organizer’s can change ticket price without prior notice.

  2. All attendees must register through the official conference website to secure their participation.

  3. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the conference is canceled by the organizers.

Event Schedule and Content:

  1. The conference schedule, including speakers, sessions, and topics, is subject to change without prior notice. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to registered attendees.

  2. The organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference program, including canceling or replacing sessions or speakers.

Code of Conduct:

  1. All attendees, speakers, and participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct and respect towards others.

  2. Discrimination, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.

Intellectual Property:

  1. All content presented at the BITPA Conference, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and discussions, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  2. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share conference content without obtaining written permission from the organizers and relevant speakers.

Liability and Disclaimer:

  1. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by attendees during the conference.

  2. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to take appropriate measures to secure their belongings.

Photography and Recording:

  1. Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the conference. The organizers reserve the right to use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes.

Privacy Policy:

  1. The information provided during registration will be collected and used in accordance with the conference’s privacy policy. Attendees’ personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Force Majeure:

  1. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the conference due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or strikes.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. In the event of the conference being canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase.
